Just got my 1911

went with the Taurus PT 1911 .45 apc. I have not had a chance to shoot it yet, maybe when the weather is a little better overall I am happy with the purchase so far, Heres a pic for ya

I love my PT1911AR (with rail). I'm sure you'll love yours too. I have heard about problems with the Ambi-safety though, so you may have to replace that eventually, but I like my normal safety better anyway.

Excellent Choice I have one just like that in Stainless. Superb firearm and very easy on the pocketbook, unlike the ammo that it eats....
