I am seeing prices lower at the local MC sports store than the prices on-line at the "discount" websites. The difference is the MC actually has the guns. The websites don't.

Now, once the prices get to be more reasonable, are you planning to stock up? Maybe have at least five or six ARs, a dozen shotguns, 20 or more bolt guns in various calibers. Would not hurt to have a few AKs either.

And then stockpile at least a million rounds of ammo. More if you have the money and storage.

I really don't want a million rounds of ammo. I'd have to shoot 90 rounds a day minimum each and every day for the next 30 years to get close to a million rounds of ammo. I'd happily settle for a half million rounds after using the money for the other half to buy a good piece of land so I could shoot on.

I'm hoping that as the gun market loosens up, so will components. I have had a bolt carrier group on order with Wilson Combat since September of last year. Been thinking about building a short barreled upper in 300 Blackout as well, but the parts I need are scarce, not to mention ammunition and components to make ammunition.

Oh well, hopefully things will continue to improve as the year goes on...

The reason to have so much ammo is that if there is another scare, you would have enough to last you a few years. If we ever had a war on US soil, G-D forbid, you would need far more just to protect your family and friends.

The democrats who are fronting the purchases for DHS are stocking far more. They plan to arm millions of their followers.
