Not much there that is actual law.

Many of those "laws" were proposals in the General Assembly. Several are local ordinances that have been repealed and several are actual statutes (oral sex, it was entitled "Sodomy") that have been repealed during re-codification in 1976.

Glue sniffing is still illegal, see Indiana Code 35-46-6-2.

In South Bend, it's illegal to make a monkey smoke a cigarette.

Can't remember where, I want to say Virginia, But you can go the wrong way down a one way street, so long as you have a lantern attatched to the front of your car. ....Nice

I guess it all depends on what the definition of "public place" is.

There is some reason why IN strip clubs aren't fully nude like many other locales. That probably goes back to the definition of "public place" (not that I agree with the 'no fully nude' strip club law either ;)).

I think the law protects the actions of consenting adults in the privacy of their own homes or private clubs. I know there several of those clubs in IN. If you want to have a 'swingers' party in your home in IN your A-OK. As it should be. There is no reason for the government to intrude on a persons sex life to the extent it doesn't infringe on others rights.
