While 'Ol Painless is quite tempting....

...I'd have to go with Mr. Browning's masterpiece... :biggun: and the same infinite supply of ammo that the Ma-Deuce smiley has!

Blazer LRS2 with all the goodies in .300wm, 8-25 leupold mil-dot with target knobs and a really good suppressor. I have been thinking about this for some time

A brand new in the box pre May '86 HK MP5SD with the 4 position trigger group and integrated suppressor! All red tape and paperwork already done + $200.00 tax stamp payed! I could have bought one back in the day for peanuts compared to now! :ugh: 18K-20K now, I don't think so! :): $$,$$$.$$ What does it shoot, diamonds or something? :dunno:

    Southeast of disorder.
Yes that is the dreaded 88. And it is really the only GUN I want!

Well OK I would also like to get hold of an Napoleon 12 Pounder also. :D

I've read a few books where B-17 crews talk about "flak so thick you could walk on it" coming from the 88's. A fearsome weapon indeed.

If we're picking BIG guns though, I'm taking "Atomic Annie".

Atomic Annie rates right up there with those ruck nukes we never had. I am not really in favor of using a NUCLEAR device where I have to factor in how fast my REMF a$$ can run...

Hey and as far as picking "big guns", The OP did ask for guns right. Not small arms.

Ever get the chance to talk to a tanker from WWII? Ask how they really feel about those 88's? :D

88 is probably the most useful piece from WWII. :twocents:

I've only heard what they had to say in books and on the History Channel. It seems the only people that liked the 88's were the Germans. There's an old Bill Mauldin cartoon about the 88's. I'll see if I can find it.
