I've never done any Systema, but I've done a little krav maga and it looks very similar. All of which is completely different from the Okinawan I've focused on.

i think systema is from spetsnaz, and they say 20% of the troops that get into spetsnaz die in training, they are bad mofo's,i talked to a guy on a krav maga forum who met sonny pazikas, he was the spetsnaz guy who was on the deadliest warrior tv show, said he was scary, cold calm collected, seemed nice, but like he could snap your neck, and eat a footlong sub while you were gurgling on your last breath, wouldnt phase him in the least

I like the Russian and some of the other European camouflage personally
