I rode my bicycle for 12 miles, it was an easy ride. I train physically to improve my health, my ability to work more years and hope for longevity. Earlier in the week I have remarkable success in taking 2 minutes and 3 seconds off of my previous best 5K run time, it is probably the biggest improvement in a single run for me - ever.
Add to my above then all the biking I do with my dogs. They need to get out and run, so I hook them up (one at a time, big dogs) to my bicycle and let them run a few miles.
I have them trained not to pull, so I get the workout too. My hunting dog, though, is part sled dog, and I might get a harness for her. She needs to pull something to get the most benefit out of this, and so I figure she can pull me!
