So I know that the front lenses on a lot of red dots Holo sights are canted to produce the right reflection of the light to the eye. I have read and found upon investigating that a lot of people have mistaken the Intentional design of the angled lens As a product defect..

I have had this 503C for about 6 months and has seen about 100 rounds of 223 until for the first time I realized the lens angle this weekend after about 30 rounds at the range. Once I noticed it, The angle and steep recess of the lens On one side makes me wonder how I never caught it before.
-Was it only slightly canted before And came loose and fell back more under recoil?
-Or am I just not that perceptive and is this the standard cant angle on one of these guys?

Also, it seems odd that the angle, when the sight is upright as it would be on a rail, has almost a pure left to right can’t. Basically the left side of the front lens is the furthest pushed back. See pictures and let me know if this is normal or if I should send into holosun for warranty replacement. THANKS IN ADVANCE.

Read the manual that came with the optic, and you'll find the answer. It has a big red stop sign on it.

When my son was young, he would always say, "dad, read the destructions." It was too cute to correct him and the phrase has stuck. So, every time I have to put something together, I'll, eventually, pull out the destructions.

I did read all of that and like I said in the original post, I understand the lens cant is normal but bc of the fact I just noticed it and how steep the angle is, wanted to make sure that this looks like the normal angle and it hadn’t become jarred loose and fallen further back. But sounds like this looks normal to everyone so I will chill out and throw it back on the rail. Thanks guys
