All -- The Indiana Department of Homeland Security has the state divided into 10 districts (IDHS: Indiana Emergency Management Agencies & Field Services District Information Map), and it might be worth looking at them and dividing up the state into a similar manner. Just my. -- Greg

That map make more sense. I'm interested in E. Indy also. Going to Greencastle and/or Muncie on any sort of regular basis is really out of the question.
