The wife and I have make a quick run to NWI tomorrow from Tennessee. It's been over a year since we've came back and I was wondering if I-65 through downtown Indy was still under construction.

You still have to take 465 around if you're coming up or down 65.

Yep. Though effective today, If you were making an East/West run you could do it. 70 is now open both ways. (though using a temporary route)

I wonder if my commute east to west will be any better now that I wont have all of the 70 cross town traffic with me coming across the south side.
