Does this holster move quickly / easily from the dash when leaving / parking the vehicle? Or is it intended to remain on the dash all the time and for owner to remove pistol when vehicle is unattended? Would probably not want to leave even an empty holster attached to the dash, as that could attract unwanted attention. I like this holster, but don't want to struggle with it every time I leave the vehicle. Anyone know?

I've got one in my F150 for my M&P9 (size 16) It doesn't get in my way getting in and getting out. It stays pretty well out of the way.

The holster does remove, but it's kind of a pain to put back on how you like it. My truck is lifted so people don't see inside very often. I use is as a backup because there is no replacement for the one that should be at your 3 o'clock.:):
