    Mackey, don't you love it when they stick that needle into your shoulder and pump in the air? Holding position afterwards is next to impossible...I feel for ya brother!

    My guess...muscle tear at the tendon connection.

    But seriously, I must be having sympathy pains. About 2-3 years ago I had a bunch of microtears in my rotator cuff... went to therapy and everything. My shoulder hasn't bothered me until today. Glad next week is spring break, and my board-writing arm can rest.
