    I received this email from a guy on a Glock 22 Gen3 thats a police trade in. Now I don't know much about the Glock 22 or all the accessories that this guy has with it but here's the email;

    Cool, I've got quite a bit wrapped up in my glock. It's a 3rd gen police issue that never saw service. Has 150 rds through it and cleaned extensively everytime. 3 15 rd mags, 1 31 rd mag, a scorpion iwb holster, 5.11 dual mag holster, stainless guide rod, night sights, and a 3.5 lb trigger connector. All in all its sitting around 800 on the glock. I have a robust paddle holster that goes with as well.

    Is it worth the $800? Not to me, but just curious what the more experienced say.

    Not sure on the "police" issue price on the gun but let's go with this the gun comes with 2 mags and new they're around $500. Good set of night sights are about $125 depending on type and brand. Extra mag is around 25. High cap mag is around 45. Not sure on the glock but guide rods are normally around 50. 3.5 trigger is about $30. Plus the holsters and mag hateful your probably looking at 850-900 plus tax. Is it worth it? No I'd say 600 is more of a fair price. That gun and accessories are used and you never get what you have in it. I sold my glock 19 gen3 with a hogue grip 3.5lb connector and night sights for 450

    For $800 dollars you would/should get two of those said deals.................do like they do in the TV show Pawn Stars and look at him funny and offer $300, best you can do.

    What if someone doesnt want the holsters he has, im sure he's jacking the price due to those as well, he needs to come down some on that.

    I bought a stock police issue G22 Gen3 for 400.00.

    Those night sites are aged. Not everybody wants the steel guide rod. (it's been a while, but I didn't remember the 3.5 connector costing almost $30)

    If somebody gives him $500 for it, it better look brand spankin' new, and then, he's still getting the better end of the deal.

    Bought my G22 about a year and a half ago from Midwest Gun Exchange that was an IMPD trade with 2 magazines. Had night sights but were a little weak. $349.00 This gun showed very little wear from shooting and only slight wear from carry. sounds to me like this is a deal to walk away from.
