Getting the CLEO signature in Indy

How do you get the CLEO signature in Indianapolis. I called twice today to find out how and was put on hold twice and never got an answer!

go to where you get your handgun permit and leave it there. they will have it done in a week. Leave a self addressed envelope if you want them to mail it back.. Or you can go pick it up when they are done with it.

You have to drop the forms off at the city county building. Get fingerprinted while your there. I attached a self
Addressed envelope so I don't have to go back.
