garand barrel crowning near evv

anyone know of a gunsmith in the southwest corner of the state that can crown my garand? i believe the ding in the end of the barrel is causing it to shoot low and left (ding in top right of barrel)

ive adjusted the front sight even with the left of the gas cylinder and it still shoots a couple inches left at 100yd
