I am on my way to the post office to mail a form 4 for transfering a MG directly to me from an out of state owner. Finally, that C&R license will do its thing.

When getting the LEO signature I had a chance to schmooze with the little old ladies that run the police dept desk. Those nice gals assumed the form 4 was for a supressor and when they noticed it was for an MG they reacted with great concern. [like I was mad dog kelly or pretty boy floyd].

The transfer came through several days ago. It will be in my hands in less than a week.

Actually, I will be driving to pick it up. There is no ATF issue with transporting a C&R MG across state lines.
