Sorry to highjack, but I have a question. On the form 1 question 4. b. Type of Firearm to be made, do I put Short barrel rifle or the number 3 from the instructions?

Form 1 question 4. b you put what type of firearm you are making, so yes you would put Short Barrel Rifle or whatever is applicable.
