near Bedford on a whole lot of land.
I really like the following site for estimating how long food should last: stilltasty.com

They have an article on the site about 9 longest-lasting foods: Sturdy Staples: 9 Foods That Can Outlast You
    • Honey
    • Rice
    • Sugar
    • Hard Liquor
    • Maple Syrup
    • Vanilla Extract
    • Distilled White Vinegar
    • Cornstarch
    • Salt

Technically salt and vinegar are not foods :) And while hard liquor may be considered an essential, it really isn't a food either...

I didn't realize that brown sugar lasted like the regular kind. Didn't realize that cornstarch lasted like that as well.

Guess I picked something up. Thanks for the link

Spam, that crap lasts forever, dad just dug out a can from the 60s(cuba missile crisis days) and its still sealed, we opened it up, looks just like the new stuff, smells like the new stuff but we were too afraid to risk eating it
