I am having trouble with my 9mm crimp die shaving the brass. It's almost like the die is beveling the case mouth during the crimp. Crimpimg to .3755 like I have in the past without problems. I am having this problem with different brands of brass and have cleaned my die.
Wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how they resolved it.

I generally try to use just enough to keep the bullet from falling on the up stroke going into the seating die. Maybe my bell has increased a little without me noticing. I will adjust this tonight and see if it helps.
    Thanks for tip.

I cleaned the die again and checked the bell and loaded 100 rounds. At first I wasn't noticing any shavings but by 75 rounds they were back. I haven't taken the die apart again to look at it. Just a little frustrated now.
I am considering just buying a 550 and getting rid of the square deal but I would still like to figure this out.

Have you ever chamfered the cases, inside and out?
Do you notice the cases sticking in the powder funnel/expander die?

No I don't chamfer my cases.
I pulled the die out and it had a copper ring in it. I think the die might be a little corroded causing the build up. I think I probably need a new die unless I can get it honed.
I also noticed the locking bushing on the powder die allows the die to turn causing inconsistent bells on the case. Probably a good time to send it to Dillon for a upgrade as this is an older press.
