Dad fell on June 6th and suffered a brain bleed. He had been in and out of the hospital since then. Last night he was transported to Wapak Manor and put on Hospice. Yesterday (June 23) around 5pm he made the beautiful transition home. Prayers were surely answered as he didn’t suffer and spent his last days resting peacefully.
Dad is now in the kingdom of heaven, at the right hand of the father, reunited with his wife.
I can relate. My grandmother fell at home 2 days after Christmas in '21. Hitting her hard enough it knocked her out and fractured many bones in her face. Lots of intracranial swelling and bleeding. She died at U of L 4 days later on new years eve. She never woke up. It sucks

    Prayers, my friend.

Know that he is truly in a better place. While we may never have them again, they have that final reward that we can only hope to achieve someday.
