I feel like I'm getting old, not really old, just old. I don't enjoy complaining and I try not to do it.

I decided to drive the 40 some miles to go shooting yesterday down at Camp Attebury, something I said I'd never do again, but what the heck. I don't enjoy much else anymore.

It's a nice range but not like the old days, I have fond memories of the place.
Anyway, I fired 15 rounds out of my new 9mm S&W, FPC to confirm POI at 50 yards and I felt worn out. So I packed up and left.

Lord I've never felt this homesick before. Well, thanks for listening.

That kind of fatigue could be a sign of heart disease. Please don't ignore it.

Do you have a smart watch or fitness watch? That would give you a good baseline of resting heart rate and your breaths per minute.

Just ignore the BP feature. You cant tell BP just by measuring skin conductivity or by shining a light through the back of your wrist.

My Garmin doesn't have a BP feature, but now that you mention it, the KardiaMobile could be helpful in this case. We bought one a few years ago.
