Concealed carry. I don't need to draw unwanted attention, and won't give up the tactical advantage of the element of surprise. I see no need to expose my firearm for a possible gun grab...no holster gives 100% retention. I don't need to be singled out as the first one to shoot if some nutcase decides to start plinking at the mall or decides to rob the bank or convenience store while I'm standing in line.
I might open carry if camping in the boondocks or on a hunting trip, but I just don't see the point of it in a populated area.
Can I vote for both OC and CC?
I do both.

I always CC - I don't feel like it's my job to educate the ignorant. My job is to protect my family - I'll take all the advantages I can...
For me CC is the only choice.
I know Im allowed to OC but I dont want to have to explain to Betty the Soccer Mom that its perfectly legal for me to be doing it.
Ive been in stores before where I saw someone OC and the next thing you know they are being surround by store security and local LE.
I CC but I wont judge anyone for OC. Im so thankful that we live in a country and state that allows us to have that option.
though i'm not opposed in any way to open carry, i prefer to not draw attention to myself. the element of surprise also holds no small merit.
