Indianapolis Colts coach Chuck Pagano has leukemia - ESPN

The good news is that this is treatable. What a cruel twist of fate, this man has worked his entire adult life to become an NFL head coach and after 3 games he will have to at least temporarily step down to undergo treatment. Hopefully Pagano makes a full recovery, and is able to return to the sideline at some point.

    Get well Chuck.

Offensive Coordinator Bruce Arians will assume head coaching responsibilities.

That is terrible news, but thank God it is treatable. I'm sure he realizes his health is most important, but I know it's hitting him very hard. Get well, Coach.

Leukemia is no joke, no matter what the docs say about the prognosis. He's in for some rough days, I'm sure. But he has the team and the city on his side.
