Colt Anaconda opinions

Just started a wheel gun collection and have been asking around to see what folks have for sale. An uncle mentioned a friend who had a Colt Anaconda 6in stainless in very good condition for $1400. I know the Colt market has been jumping around like crazy so recent hype aside I'm wondering if this would be a fair purchase. I don't currently have any pictures of the revolver.

Seems about right for an anaconda give or take.

I've been trying to round out my collection with a diamondback and a king cobra with little to no luck. I always end up getting sniped on the last day of the GB auction.

I kick myself for passing on an anaconda 20 years ago for $500. $1400 sounds like a decent price, python seem to sell a little higher.

That's a good price unless there some sort of problem with it.

the last 3 anacondas we sold at the shop went for 1800,2200,2400.....all within 3 days, and all within the last year and a half! and all they were were 6" 44's nothing special, not real tree camo, or 4" or first editions or 45 colt.
