I own a highly modified, old Argentine 1911 that used to have a lanyard loop on it. When I had it re-blued many years ago, the 'smith removed the lanyard ring, with the explanation that "most guys don't like them".
Well...after all these years I've decided that I would like to install a lanyard ring on it...tho for no particular reason.
Over the years I have lowered the ejection port, installed a Gold Cup Match barrel, Millet Sights and added some "bling".
I used to use this for bowling pin shoots both locally and at Second Chance may years ago.
Any idea where, or IF, a lanyard loop can be found? I will also need the roll pin that holds the loop in place.

The gold plated parts were compliments of the endeavors of a friend who used to work as an Electronics Engineer, for whatever that is worth.
