    I have seen two chases in the past 3 month's. One was high speed and the other was very low speed, probably because he had no front tires.

    I'm guesing it's an every night thing in the city these days.

    Not gonna lie, it was cool to see.

    It's a bit more involved that that. When you try to run someone down, you're using your vehicle as a deadly weapon, opening the door for the use of deadly force.

    At the moment, sure. I'm not trying to second guess anything, trying to learn for my own usage. If someone tries to run me over, and then two minutes later they get out of their car and run, can I shoot at them because earlier in the interaction they attempted to use deadly force?

    I suspect there's more to the situation than has been reported thus far.
