I have a Chaos Quad rail that fits the VEPR 12 shotgun.
I ran it on my VEPR 12 for some time, but swapped to the railed version of the Russian hand guard, and it has been collecting dust since.
This was made for the VEPR 12, and that is the only firearm it will fit as far as I am aware.
Retail is somewhere around $158, will sell for $90.
