Last year, we still had our twin grandsons living with us and I had a buddy call them and pretend to be Santa. They had been acting up and not minding very well, so "Santa" set them straight. Their eyes got really big when they heard "Santa" talking to them by name and telling them to make sure and be good boys.

My wife called a Santa line a couple years ago when the boy dig his heels in about cleaning his room. He got to work pretty quick when he heard Santa answer
