I was able to watch the this evening. Nothing great but I'd keep watching because it's guns.

It’s the exact same format as every cooking competition show ( and the LEGO one) my wife watches. It was mildly entertaining, but I was mostly disappointed that they didn’t really use the guns after they were built. They basically judged them on looks and test fired them. I wanted to see them used in some cool drills and then torture tested to failure to see who won.

I haven't watched this yet, but I'm disappointed at the initial reviews. When I first saw your post, my immediate thought was "Forged in Fire (a show I really like), but with guns!"

I liked it. Forwarded the you tube links to a few 'Gun Guys'. Entertainment more than educational. I like the idea of the longer handguard on a dedicated suppressor build.

Well, after seeing the next few episodes on YT, I'm giving up. I haven't watched anymore yet as they are all just AR builds. I was hoping for something else, maybe a 1911.

On this weeks episode they are building custom Glocks. One of the contestants is Joe from the old Sons of guns show

Sorry, I tried to watch last night because I saw GLOCK in the description, too much BS for me, but I’d love to have somebody give me a box of Glock, AK, AR parts sets to play with.

They should film an episode at the CMP, say an Advanced Maintenance Class style M1 Garand build in 3 hours.
