Is it legal to carry a black powder pistol without a license to carry?
I don't know why anyone would want to but some no it all type interupted a conversation to say he would never get his license. That he carries a black powder pistol and that is legal. Does anyone know the answer? I really wanted to call him out but I don't really know.
