    If you say the G19 size is too big then I recommend either an M&P shield or the 1st gen M&P9c. Both are about the same size frame with the shield being thinner due to the single stack. Shield capacity you can get 8+1, M&P9c gets you 12+1. We have both are very nice guns. The M&P9c is an incredibly accurate gun for both me and my wife.

    You didn't say what you want to use it for, but I don't think you will have a problem finding a used gun for 450.00.

    I am another that has grown to appreciate the Glock. They've been around long enough to prove their value and there is a strong used market.

    It's a supply of 9mm ammo at an affordable price that is the challenge.

    Not going to find one for this now, but recently (last 6 months) picked up a very nice used Smith 6906 for $425. She's a GREAT gun for under $450 for sure!
