The DOE and other government agencies are out of control. Hopefully SCOTUS will finally reverse on the Chevron Doctrine and leave it to the legislative branch to come up with "regulations" rather than some idiotic bureaucrats that have nothing better to do that screw United States citizens.
Yes, I know, the legislative branch has its flaws but I would rather have them set regulations than bureaucrats!
