Focus, people!

Clearly the decision process must be applied to the chocolate application:

• Feed the chocolate to Hillary Duff in the attempt to make her more amenable to certain actions on her part.
• Cover Hillary Duff haphazardly in a chaotic chocolate storm.
• Carefully apply a uniform coating of chocolate to Hillary Duff.
• Some combination of the above.
