Are these worth the money? The ergo's would be the reason I would buy it. So I could possibly train as much as possible as close as possible to my xcr.

Those Armscor M-16 22lrs ugly in my opinion. Ergos are not the same. However, they only cost $200 new. I'd say buy the tactical 10/22 from Michiana. Those have AR ergos.
