Okay, I think I have some weird mental disability going on. First I ordered a PMR-30 and then forgot about it. Then I clean my office and find a complete upper that I have not yet touched.
The upper is identical to the one in the link below because that is exactly what I bought:

I will sell it for the price marked. $375 and it's yours. Basically it's like buying from the site minus the shipping which was $23.78.
FTF sale. I live in the Castleton area and will drive to meet you half way (within reason).
Either I sell it as indicated or I invest more money and build another AR15...
