Have any of you built your own tool that will safely depress the ejector so that the tension is off of the roll pin?

Does to the ejector pin need to be depressed further than the bolt face or is flush with the bolt face far enough?

Midway and Brownells are backordered on the fixtures, but any leads on a good tool would also be helpful.

    Thanks.

I just use a spent case.
    That worked like a champ!

C clamp with a socket protecting the other end and a cut down case on the bolt face end.

    Went smoothly.

Still probably will buy a tool linked above. I seem to be doing these "econo-builds" a few times a year.

Headspace passed both bolts I was checking.

    Thanks for the suggestions ingo'ers.

    Well...

If you decide to made any, be sure to post pics. I would like to see your process.
It looks like it would be pretty simple, but things aren't always as they seem.
