AR sling attachment Magpul or DD

I'm looking at the magpul ASAP or the daniel defense rear reciever QD swivel sling attachment, which would you pick? Or would you recommend something else?

ASAP here and have been happy with it. Unfortunately I haven't had the opportunity to personally compare it to the DD.

I'm building my first AR now, so I don't have the experience using it.... I was about to get a Magpul ASAP, then I read the complaints (like mentioned above) about the rattle. I ran across the SLAP and ordered one last week. It works with webbing and other hooks, but not the QD button things. I haven't decided on a sling yet, but I think I'll have several good options.

Just something else for you to research and consider.

I have a DD QD, and it's great. I also have a couple of Rear sling attachment thingys by Midwest Industries, that I highly recommend. They have a loop for an HK style hook on either side or ambi. Sorry, can't comment on the ASAP.

From your question, I take it that you do not already have a sling on hand or in mind?
