Ar j&t upper CM barrel, how to change?

I have a J&T hbar 16" upper with a Chrome Molly barrel, I want a Chrome lined barrel, how hard is it to change the barrel. Or should I sell the upper and buy another. What would the upper be worth it has about 40 rnds through it.
