They are free to form whatever group they want. I just find it highly ironic that they form a "diversity club". And it's made up of entirely of one particular group. That tells me it isn't about inclusion but social engineering.

It's not unlike the concept of being a nonconformist . . . by conforming to a different standard. Kind of like those goth kids. Wow, they're really individuals who don't let society tell them how to act or what to wear. Of course, they let their virtually carbon-copy clique members dictate every aspect of their lives. Nonconformity by conforming! Woo-hoo!

We could look at the current version of "diversity" are progress. "Diversity" used to be a code word for "we need more black people," and now it means "everyone but white people." That's progress, isn't it?

    And while I'm talking definitions . . .

"Tolerant" now seems to mean "I either have no principles, or I ignore what principles I do have so that other people will think I am nice."

 exactly - non conformity via conformity :n00b:

Rhino, I tried to rep you on this but couldn't. There isn't a more true definition of "tolerant" than what you just gave.

This absence is due to the fact the Obama (notice the absence of president) is anti-white and is making it harder to be a white person in America. It has been proven if you disagree with his decisions, morals, or judgements you are a racist.

So where is the 'proof' that he, specifically, has called someone a racist just for not agreeing with him? I'm not saying it doesn't exist, just that I don't think it does & I'd like to see it.

Edit: BoR beat me to it. Thanks Bill!

You're welcome, Jeff, but that's not what I was saying. My FTFY was to say that it is not proven that you're a racist for disagreeing, only that people accuse you of being one if you do.

Example: During the campaign, many of us got phone calls or had conversations with zobambies who asked "Are you voting for Obama?" and answered any "no" with "Why don't you want to see a Black man in office?!"

This is tantamount to an accusation of "racist" without using the actual term, and for our purposes it is identical. It's not that Obama himself makes the accusation but rather that the zobambies do so.

Apparently, it is racist to not want a foreign-born, socialistic, anti-American, who because of his birthplace is Constitutionally ineligible to serve in the office of the President if such person happens to be Black, but it is not racist to claim that he would be a better president solely because of his skin color.

    Got it.

    Blessings,
    Bill

What was this thread about again?

    Oh yeah.

I have thought for a long time that it is harder to be a straight white male than anything else. There are lots of things working against you, Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action, All kinds of scholarships and governmental laws, "Hate Crime" laws plus if you don't like how things are or things don't go your way you have no one to blame. (I didn't get that job because I'm gay, I didn't get that loan because I'm not white, I didn't get a promotion because...)
