This is a Very Nice CZ 75B 9mm. It has Hogue Wraparound Rubber Grips on it. I do not have the original plastic grips. I am not too sure of the round count, but it looks to be low!! It is in great condition and comes with (2) magazines and Fobus Paddle Holster. (nothing else)
This also comes with a CZ 75 Kadet .22lr conversion kit. I have the WHOLE kit. Here are the spec's from Cheaper Than Dirt:
