The History Channel is doing shows all this week about 9/11. The one I'm watching now is called, "Voices From Inside the Towers". It's mostly 911 calls and recorded messages that people inside the tower left on loved ones' answering machines and voice mail. I don't know how much of this or the other shows I'll be able to watch. While fascinating, it is at the same time chilling and horrific. I can't imagine the horror of being in those towers. Part of this show is also interviews with some of the survivors. I'm going to try and watch some more of the specials this week, but it nearly makes me physically ill. I will never forget. Just seeing the commercials for these shows for the past couple of weeks gives me chills every time.
