60 conversations limit?

Tried to start a conversation today but was notified that I reach my limit. Poked around to see if I could delete some to bring me back into the fold. Unfortunately I couldn’t finger it out . Anyone else run into this?

How do you Delete "conversations"

Every once in awhile, I go through my "pms" (now conversations), & delete items so as to keep my total number under the maximum I have. I don't see a "Delete." I have tried putting a "check" in the box but don't see the next step. Sorry to be a bother.:dunno:

Doesn't remove it, but bumps it up to like 500 messages.
