    I have several of the latter, have never done the former. Once built a 6-06 AI but the relationship soured and we parted ways.

    For the 7-08AI I'd look to Reloader 17 and 162 Amax for full house loads and FF both . Trim a given lot of cases all to the same length after FF.

    27" is way lotta barrel for a 7-08AI.

    What happened to the original first post?

    As far as improving case life: it doesn't. AIing does nearly eliminate trimming.

    I can't know what you mean by 'family'. .308 Win based? Regardless, what gains does AIing that 'family' produce?
