The 30-06 die set that I ordered last week came in today, so I had to set them up in my Lee turret press and load a few rounds, tonight. They are an old set or Herters brand dies and they appear to have never been used, before.

I loaded 150 grain Hornady FMJBT bullets over 48 grains of Winchester 748 in some primed brass that I was given. Should be right around 2,800 fps at 48,000 CUP, according to my data.

The powder came from a large lot that I bought at auction, last year, so my cost on this ammo is just under six bucks a box.
