Kentucky is now a 2nd amendment sanctuary state after a new law took effect Tuesday morning without the governor’s signature. It comes just 24 hours after the latest mass shooting.

If the teachers union wouldn't have elected the governor there they'd get even more done. I am definitely jealous of that they got going.
