5.56 MM 55GR. Full Metal Jacket at Bradis yesterday.... 100 round bricks (5, 20rd boxes taped together) 49.95. So $0.4995 before tax.

    History

"Used to sell" is just a sweet memory. 6-7 years ago I bought Black Hills 55 gr soft point remanufactured seconds for about $175 per 1000 in Rapid City, SD. I haven't tried the math lately but it probably costs me more than that to reload 1000 now. They say timing is everything and it looks like I got into reloading just in time. :dunno:

no it's a decent these days unfortunately.

I just bought some (at a place that is notoriously high on ammo) for ~$332.5/1,000rds + tax.

I also just bought some Wolf .223 black box (at another place that is notoriously high on ammo) for $250/1,000rds + tax.

Ammoman seems high on most prices.

what were you buying? 62 gr. ss109 rounds? wolf doesn't count thats dirty ammo. $500 for a case of QUALITY ammo is fair these days.
