    People be crazy... and violent
We've had daily road rage shootings, Dad driving 10 yr old son to a drive by, and daily random assaults.
Attached news story from CA. Video is midway into story.
350 lb shirtless guy walks up to woman and starts beating her for a full minute.
Watch out for strangers approaching you, people are plain crazy.

All I can say is "WOW". That was an extremely violent attack. It just demonstrates that everyone should be aware of their surroundings and be prepared to react.

I always watch out for strangers approaching for no good reason. People have always been crazy and violent, they're just showing less restraint lately IMO.

I think it is more we just see more of it today with cameras everywhere and the Internet.

Humans are not nice to each other. Never have been
Agree with both statements, 30 years ago it would have a six inch article back on page 11 of the daily newspaper. You would never know about it, even if she died.

Can’t believe them 3 guys just let him leave. Hmmmm
Eh, you get into awful touchy self-defense territory when you attempt to detain. What are you gonna do with that guy when he has quit attacking someone? Especially when you likely only seen the outcome, not the attack?

It's easy to call after the fact, when you see the whole thing on video.

When you are there, if you happen see the whole thing, then you are in it. Most times though, most people are not monitoring everyone pumping gas at every pump?

If you see her on the ground and this guy walking away, then you really don't know what happened. That's when you whip out the camera in your pocket to put to use on the possible perp and their license plate.
