2WD Automatic Transmission
5.9 liter 360cid V-8 engine
3.50 Limited Slip Differential
Working A/C, Tilt steering, power windows & locks,
..cruise control, OD off switch for towing, fog lights
245-75-16 Bridgestone LT tires with 10/32nds tread and no abnormal wear
Bought this truck in November of 2008. It had 204,000 miles when we bought it.
*Here is a list of things I replaced or repaired on it:
Upper/lower ball joints, Pitman Arm, Idler Arm, Front/Rear shocks, alignment
Brakes: Front pads, calipers, hoses, wheel bearings, Rear shoes, wheel cylinders, hardware, axle seals, diff. Fluid changed
Serpentine belt & tensioner
Lower intake manifold gaskets, thermostat, all hoses,
Transmission Serviced, new Napa battery
Windshield, bedliner, fuel pump, hitch & trailer wiring, Full Tune-up, regular oil changes
Most parts were from Napa, not Autozone junk.
*All repairs were performed by myself. Just to be clear I am an ASE Certified Mechanic with previous ASE “Master” mechanic status.
Everything was done properly and not by some shadetree grease monkey.
*Truck is in good overall shape. It starts every time, engine has plenty of power, doesn't knock or use oil, transmission shifts fine.
*I have driven it to Indianapolis and back while towing a car several times with zero issues. It has never left me stranded ever.
*It is neither perfect nor a piece of junk. It does have rust on bottom of both doors and rocker areas, there are scratches and dents in some places, there is some clear coat coming off on fender.
*It will need a stereo. The factory wiring connector is there, I took the stereo out to put into another vehicle.
**The absolute only reason I am selling it is because of the recent increase in gas prices and this truck gets between 11-12 mpg for me.**
