May I present my Kimber (“Pre-Series II/Series 70”) Custom Classic Stainless. Over the last several years I’ve upgraded the internals, ambidextrous safety, hammer, beavertail, mainspring housing/magwell, night sights, sear, trigger, etc. (Mostly Wilson Combat, Ed Brown, and Cylinder & Slide parts). Mjölnir grips by Raven Wood, titanium nitride coat on the barrel and the front grip stippling, trigger work, and distressed cerakote by the INGO Legend AllenM, himself. This pistol is my Magnum Opus. It couldn’t have happened without AllenM. I could not be happier. I got it used and in 12+ years I’ve never had a hiccup of any sort. This sweetheart is art. Thanks, Allen.

    Was curious about those?
Have not shot it yet, quality wise, fit and finish are great, tight tolerances, trigger could use some polishing, looking to do that this week sometime... Will report, after range time (Not Trapper Jim quality post), but we'll see....

Swapped the old adjustable Dawson sights out for Trijicon HD's (I shot the Dawson's to death) , I like them for 15 yards in and that's about it. But for this pistols purpose now it's perfect for my needs untill I get it milled for an RMR eventually. The cost of 45 ammo and not reloading keep me out of the Single Stack game for a while

Actually yes.Ive become a huge 10mm fan.Ive shot plenty of 1911s these are by far the most accurate. The only ammo I've found on the shelf they don't like is Magtech..feeds everything else flawlessly.
Love to see a review from you on them.
I'm in the market for a double stack 10mm 15rds + 1 or more if available.
I can't find many reviews online where people have actually shot them at Least 500rds before giving a review on them. Youtube doesn't seem to want to review them as well. The ones I've seen that liked it shot it , the ones that didn't like it never gave a decent reason other than I don't like 1911 platform, or I heard my friend say it was garbage etc.

My carry ultras eat a couple thousand. Its a little tricky getting the one piece guide rod out for field stripping that's my one gripe.Ive only got about 250 rounds of fmj.Ill ammo up and review her new one.I love the feel of it.
