Houses in our area are selling in three days at full or over the asking price. We purchased our house twenty years ago for $98k. Zillow now lists it at $150k. We know the Zillow price is flawed, because it is based on old data about the house. There have been many improvements to it over the years.
We are planning on moving in two years. I'm curious when the housing bubble is going to break?
