He went beyond the call of duty for a problem student that was terribly late, confused about the start time of the class. That student would be me. Dan volunteered his personal time to cover the info I missed to see that I was certified to apply for the permit.
Dan is a good instructor and a personable guy. The class was organized and informative. I would recommend it to anyone interested.
